It does say "Codex is included in your ChatGPT Free, Go, Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan." at the top of the page. Just scroll to the Pro (last tier) section for that detail.
I'm not sure why we are even arguing here, you can go into Codex or ChatGPT Work and start using 5.6. It'll start draining your weekly Codex limit. There's no unlimited 5.6 in Codex.
I'm just going by what I see on the linked page. Under the Pro section ($100+) it says unlimited 5.6, and Codex usage is included in all tiers. So I can only conclude that unlimited 5.6 is available in Codex (for $100+/month). If that isn't the case then may want to contact support.
Notably the business "Pro" plan is missing for $125 / month. So doesn't seem to be benefitting from this and maybe is being discontinued?

I would mind paying $125 for SMB plans equivalent to the personal $100 plan, assuming they were as good or better than the personal plan. But I don't understand this pricing model that has the individual plans beating the business plans soundly.
And just like those "unlimited" plans, the disclaimer always reads speeds slow down after N GB transferred/mo. If this unlimited tokens world happens, I expect vendors to start throttling or downgrading models.
In this case I wouldn't mind some throttling. After all this is constantly using particular amount of resources to get particular performance, unlike internet/data where it's essentially the same level of resource usage regardless of performance.
